Cancellation Policy

When you book a session or event with Dot Dot Soap, we want to keep things as smooth as possible. Here’s how our payment and refund policy works: 1. Payment in Advance: Bookings are confirmed once payment is made in full. Payment is taken online at checkout when you book. 2. No Refunds: We understand that life happens, but once you’ve reserved your spot, we can’t offer refunds. This helps keep everything running smoothly for all of our players. Rescheduling is available. 3. Rescheduling and Credits: If you need to reschedule, just give us at least 48 hours notice. We’ll happily apply your payment as a credit towards another available session. If it’s less than 48 hours, we might not be able to reschedule without a small penalty or fee. Due to the nature of how Mahjong is played, we need to keep the tables full for the best educational experience. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to see you at the table!
